Firm
Corrett's mission is to acquire and asset manage existing U.S. student housing investments where performance can be improved, increasing value and exiting to capture that value for our investors. Properties with factors such as deferred maintenance, high expenses, underperforming leasing and overall poor management will be targeted. Corrett will seek to acquire student housing assets throughout the US, focusing on markets that generate sustainable demand and are best insulated from shifts in demographics and technology and properties that cannot be replicated and are least affected by new supply coming into the market.
